Admissions Overview & Process
At Goodall School we strive to provide a rigorous formal education to all students who are willing to practice autonomy in their learning and meet our academic standards. The following process will ensure that all students who are admitted to Goodall School are well-prepared for our rigorous academic program and have the potential to succeed in our learning environment.
Full-Time & Part-Time Enrollment
Application Timeline
Submit Application
- Complete the application forms.
- Provide required documentation.
- Pay $100 Application Fee.
Note: Families utilizing the NC Opportunity Scholarship must complete that application by March 6, 2025.
Interviews & Testing
- Applicants take placement exams in core subjects.
- Students and parents interview with a school administrator.
Note: Admission decision notifications will be sent in writing via email to the primary emails provided.
Enrollment
- Complete enrollment forms.
- Pay $100 Registration Fee.
- Complete enrollment process.
Note: Spaces are limited. If enrollment is full, applicants may be placed on a waitlist. Families will be notified if openings become available.

We offer a variety of enrollment options to fit your family’s needs, with tuition fees varying based on the level of participation. Whether you choose full-time, part-time, or our homeschool co-op, we’re committed to providing an accessible, high-quality education.

Fees & Payment
- All applicants for Full-Time and Part-Time enrollment options are required to pay an Initial Application and Registration Fee per family.
- Tuition will be paid by Semi-annual payments on July 1 preceding the school year & January 1 of the school year.
- Pro-rated discounts will be available on Semi-annual payments.
- Tuition may also be paid in full payment on July 1 preceding the school year.
- If the Semi-annual payments are not selected, then the payments may be made monthly, due the first of each month.
